What visitors say

Great place for nature. Bird watching, nature walks, ponds, great walking area nice and flat for all abilities. great for families lots of interactive posts on the way round and a great little park for kids to burn off the last remaining energy. Cafe is good although feel it's a little pricey for the food served mainly just sandwiches and wraps when we visited. Was a nice coffee though will give them that one. Great little shop with plenty of things to purchase from garden ornaments, bird feeder, books on everything you need to know about birds and wildlife, great little area for kids things. You could rent binoculars whilst there if you wanted to view the birds whilst walking round that are in the distance on the lakes. All in all a great place to spend a full day and for the £7 adult entry price very good value for money

Such a wonderful place for a cuppa and a catch up, gentle stroll to stretch your legs or wildlife spotting. With plenty of flora and fauna there's something for everyone to see. We even managed to spot an oyster catcher which shouldn't have been there at the time.

We love coming here. Yes it's close to us, which helps, but it's also a nice, small wetlands and reeds area. We go to quite a few RSPB sites, and this is a favourite. Easy to walk around with good hides.

Very peaceful and hidden away. I loved the cafe, the staff were really nice and the food was delicious too.
