I can't comment on rooms or service as this is a caravan and motorhome club site, not an hotel. However, the location is ideal for a visit to York City and the surrounding countryside. The facilities- toilet block on site are excellent. There is a park and ride bus service into the city a short bus ride (2 miles) away so no worries about driving into the city.

5/5 Stars – An Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We have just had an extended stay at Beechwood Grange, and I cannot recommend this caravan club site highly enough! From the moment you arrive, it is clear how much care and hard work goes into running this site. The cleanliness of the facilities is absolutely top-notch—spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. The grounds themselves are always perfectly well-kept, making for a truly relaxing and lovely environment to unwind in. What really sets this site apart, though, is the incredible team of wardens. A special mention has to go to Mick and Jan, as well as Bill and Ali. They were all absolutely brilliant! No matter when you see them, they are always pleasant, smiling, and incredibly welcoming. You can see how much hard work they put into making the whole site lovely for the guests, and their friendly energy makes a massive difference. If you are thinking about booking a stay here, do not hesitate. It is a wonderful site looked after by a truly fantastic team. We would highly recommend it!

Very clean site with friendly staff but showers need updating. Away from amenities so stock up. You do feel you are on top of one another a bit. The reception does have a few items. There is a Toby Carvery not far but you do have to cross a busy roundabout. You can catch a bus into York not far from Carvery a number 81 or 843 or 840

Usual high standard CAMC, caravan and motorhome site. Clean tidy and well maintained with friendly staff. Near a busy road, but the traffic noise is not intrusive. About 2 miles from a Park & ride into York and a bit less for the local service bus. Toby Carvery walkable from site. Handy for York visit and at least it doesn't flood like the city centre CAMC one at Rowntree Park!
