Cottage 1

Cottage 1 is a detached property where everything happens on one level. You enter into an open-plan living space that combines the sitting area, dining space and kitchen in a single room, with a sofa bed for extra sleeping if needed. The kitchen is fitted for cooking from scratch, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower, while the second has three single beds with access to a shared bathroom. Wi-Fi and parking for up to four cars come as standard.

The cottage sits on the edge of the Howardian Hills, surrounded by countryside with walking trails accessible from the property. York itself is roughly 5 miles away, putting the medieval city centre—the minster, castle museum, racecourse and busy markets—within easy reach. The patio has garden furniture for sitting outside. One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking throughout.
