⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic new touring park – highly recommended! We were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay at Holly Tree Nook Caravan & Motorhome Park on its opening day, and what a wonderful experience it was. From the moment we arrived, Bridget and Peter gave us the warmest of welcomes. They couldn’t have been more friendly, accommodating or helpful, making us feel at home straight away. Their passion for the park really shines through. Everything on site is brand new and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The park is peaceful, beautifully maintained and provides the perfect setting to relax while still being incredibly convenient for exploring York. A real bonus is the on-site sauna, which is due to open in early August and will be a fantastic addition to an already excellent site. The location is superb. It’s within easy walking distance of Grimston Bar Park & Ride, making trips into York city centre quick and hassle-free, or if you prefer, it’s only around a two-mile stroll into the historic city. There are also plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including The Derwent Arms for food and drinks, Brew York Handley Tap, The Kitchen York café, Osbaldwick Fisheries, a Sainsbury’s Local, regular bus services from Osbaldwick Link Road, and York Sport Village with its gym and swimming pool. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful stopover or a base for exploring one of England’s most beautiful cities, Holly Tree Nook is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Congratulations to Bridget and Peter on creating such a fantastic new touring park. Excellent adult only site for caravans and motorhomes. Easy to find, close to a bus stop for York, good toilet and shower facility, highly recommended, only a small site, they are about to open a sauna too

Stayed here for a Saturday night last weekend. I could not fault it, very peaceful, quiet and the facilities are beautifully clean.
