Jorvik Villas is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house in York with space for 14 guests across three floors. Each bedroom has a kingsize bed; two also have a day bed. The ground floor holds a living room and dining room that open onto the patio, where a hot tub for six and a private sauna sit in the enclosed courtyard. A well-equipped kitchen (two steps down from the main level) has a gas range, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and French doors to the garden. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. A travel cot and highchair are available if you need them.
The property suits large groups—families, friends gathering to celebrate, or parties needing somewhere central. It is within walking distance of York's city centre, and Q-Park Barbican is nearby for parking. The rear garden is fully enclosed. Smoking is not permitted. We had the house for 3 nights for 13 people. The house is really well equipped, and lots of thoughtful touches that have made the weekend perfect. Hot tub (robes were provided) and sauna were great, and the location is perfect for exploring York (20 min walk or £6-8 in an Uber). Water pressure and showers are a treat, beds are comfortable etc. Thank you to the hosts for lovely stay.

Stayed here for a hen weekend. Absolutely beautiful house. Everything was great hot tub, sauna etc. The only slight let down was the shower in the downstairs en-suite was red hot too hot to use and could not turn it down. But overall it was fantastic.

What a fantastic stay we had at this house. It is absolutely beautiful (the exact same as the pictures, if not better!). Check in and out was smooth, and the owner was a great help for the very few times we needed any. Amenities both within the property (notably hot tub, sauna, and dining area) and around the property (local shop, cafe) were fantastic. A nice wander into York city centre. Decor was exceptional, it is clear the owner has put a lot of thought into the added extras. We recommend to any group, friends or family. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed as an extended family. Great house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location within walking distance of York centre. Lovely hosts who live in the house next door! Highly recommend.
