York Minster and the medieval city centre are within walking distance of Minster House, making this six-bedroom property an easy base for exploring one of England's most historically significant cities. The Barbican car park is nearby for those arriving by car. The whole house is yours alone, sleeping up to eleven across three floors, with two bathrooms to service the bedrooms.

Ground floor rooms include a living area with Smart TV, a kitchen and dining space, a games room, and two bedrooms. Upstairs are three further bedrooms—one a single, the rest doubles or kingsize. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all covered. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals; there's a welcome pack with complimentary coffee and biscuits. An enclosed garden at the back has a barbecue and seating for summer use. One well-behaved pet can stay free.

Games—pool, air hockey, table tennis, darts—occupy rainy afternoons. The nearest pub is within a mile. Note that the house has steps to its entrance and within the garden, and smoking is not permitted inside.
