Wonderful experience seeing the baby swans. Bought a season pass which allows entry to the subtropical gardens as well. 3 visits and you are quids in. Well worth it. Shame we couldn't take the dog as well, but its understandable. Flat paths and walkways, great talk from the ranger at feeding time. It's amazing how tame the swans are and how close you get to them. Ample parking and nice gift shop. Highly recommended.

If you get a chance to visit Abbotsbury Swannery definitely go, you will not be disappointed, it is such a beautiful place and the work they do is amazing, it was awesome getting so close to the swans and cygnets, so much to see,and the staff are so helpful with answering questions, and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the scenery, this has become one of my favourite places to visit. The gift shop is lovely and well priced. The cafe is a little expensive, a small portion of chips, one sausage roll, an egg sandwich and one drink was nearly £20, but you can take a picnic as there are plenty of places to stop and eat.

Such a wonderful place to visit, the swans are beautiful and the entire state is lovely to walk around. It’s right on the fleet, and truly is a great place to visit on a hot sunny day. Staff here were lovely, and the cafe was great. We had children with us and they loved it, brilliant place for the family and highly recommend to come mid May.

We had such a great time visiting Abbotsbury Swannery. We arrived at 11:30 in time for one of the ‘mass feedings’ at 12 noon (also at 4pm) which is a wonderful experience to see so many swans and have a really informative talk from the team- who are so kind to take lots of questions afterwards. It’s a beautiful place which is very accommodating of all ages- lots of seating/ wheelchairs for those unable to walk far and lots of children’s activities on the route around they get priority when people are allowed to feed the swans. So worth the money 🦢
