About Sure Hotel by Best Western Aberdeen
Sure Hotel by Best Western Aberdeen suits travellers who want a straightforward, affordable base rather than a destination in itself - business visitors, weekend explorers or anyone passing through who just needs a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. It sits within reach of Aberdeen city centre, with Duthie Park and the historic harbour both nearby for a walk or a bit of sightseeing.
The hotel has 45 rooms across two floors, kept simple and unpretentious, all with en-suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi included. Guests can order drinks to their room, use room service, or make use of laundry and luggage storage facilities. Accessible rooms are available, and there's a lift for easy access between floors.
On site there's a bistro and bar for meals and drinks without needing to venture out, plus meeting rooms and business services for anyone travelling for work, and the property also caters for weddings. Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, watersports and walking, along with further pubs and restaurants within easy reach. Childcare can also be arranged for families who need it.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were served raw, uncooked croissants and pain au chocolat along with spoiled milk. This is a serious food safety issue and could easily cause food poisoning. When I brought it to the attention of a staff member, he showed complete indifference and actually asked me what he was supposed to do about it instead of apologising or resolving the issue. The lack of hygiene standards, accountability, and basic customer care was shocking. Serving unsafe food and then dismissing customer concerns so casually is disgraceful. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Has been a migrant hotel for a while now. Only just shipped them out and starting to take bookings from public again. Would not go back.
