Fortingall is a conservation village in Perthshire surrounded by Highland landscape—glen walks, lochs and moorland within easy reach. Ardchoille Cottage sits on its edge, a traditional semi-detached property refurbished to blend period character with modern comfort. The accommodation sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double, and two singles. Two bathrooms serve the house—one upstairs with bath and shower, one downstairs with shower cubicle.
The ground floor holds a living room with open fire, separate dining room overlooking the front garden toward the hills, and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and breakfast space. A sun porch and utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer) make practical sense of the layout. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with wifi and the initial fuel for the fire.
Outside, the enclosed back garden is planted with trees and herbs and furnished with seating; the front garden also has chairs and a table. Private parking for two cars. The cottage does not permit smoking. From here, Perthshire's walking routes, fishing waters and small towns are all within driving distance.
