Riverview Cottage

Riverview Cottage is a stone-built property positioned on the banks of the River Tay in Kenmore, a village at the point where the loch meets the river. The whole cottage is yours alone, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The layout spreads across three levels. On the lower ground floor, a double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. The ground floor opens into one continuous living space—lounge, dining area and kitchen all flow together, with patio doors leading onto the raised terrace where you can sit and watch the river. Upstairs are two more bedrooms: a double and a twin with single beds. A bathroom with both bath and shower serves this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car on site and a secure bike store.

The river-facing terrace is the heart of the property—a genuinely private outdoor space with furniture already in place. Beyond it lies an enclosed garden, useful for children or pets, with a gate towards the riverbank. Kenmore sits within reach of Loch Tay's water sports facilities and the wider landscapes of Highland Perthshire. No smoking inside the cottage.
