The cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. Downstairs: a four-poster king with ensuite and patio access, two single bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a utility room. Upstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with woodburner, dining room, and kitchen; both levels have garden access via patio doors. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and the sitting room has a smart TV, Freesat, Netflix and gaming options. Essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered.
