What diners say
Ikoyi is one of the most original and memorable dining experiences I have had anywhere in the world. This is not a restaurant that relies on luxury ingredients or theatrical presentation to impress. Instead, it is driven by creativity, technical excellence, and an extraordinary understanding of flavour. Every course feels surprising in the best possible way. The combinations are bold, often unexpected, and yet remarkably balanced. There is a level of confidence and clarity throughout the menu that is incredibly rare. What impressed me most was that despite all the innovation, the food never loses its sense of pleasure. It remains delicious above all else. The service is polished without feeling formal, and the entire experience feels thoughtful from beginning to end. A truly world-class restaurant that deserves every accolade it receives.

We had the 15-course tasting menu was one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. Every course brought something unexpected. The flavor combinations were creative, surprising, and incredibly well executed. It was the kind of menu that constantly made us stop and say, “I’ve never tasted those flavors together before.” The wine pairing was excellent and complemented each dish beautifully, making the whole evening feel thoughtfully curated from start to finish. The brutalist architecture gives it a unique character, and I loved the use of natural materials throughout the space. It feels modern, warm, and unlike anywhere else. The standout dish for me was the razor clams with caviar, although the final course somehow managed to top everything that came before it. Desserts were also powerful! So good. Highly recommend.

Should be a three Michelin. From the moment we entered, the restaurant emanated joy, celebration and contentment. The vibe was hip and welcoming. We indulged in the cellar wine pairing and our sommelier Frederico was exceptional- incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and curated one of the best pairings we’ve experienced - each wine perfectly complemented the delicious creative food AND was in itself a unique and special wine. The food!!! Spices combined in ways we’ve never previously experienced and each taking our mouths for an adventure/ along with artistic beauty of each dish. We consider ourselves foodies and this place would be right up at the top of our experiences across the globe. Also We Shazammed the music playing for the night to save it because each song was AWESOME.

One of the best meals/experiences I have had. The food was incredible. The multilayered dishes were delicious. Each ingredient stood out and were cooked to perfection. The level of spices were perfection. The staff were informative and attentive..We tried some of the tea pairings. These were a relevation. The sommelier was very enthusiastic about the teas. We were sat near the pass. The preparation of thenfood was smooth and expertly carried out. I hope yoi realise that I really enjoyed the experience. Expensive yes, but worth it. A wonderful way of spending three and a half hours
