Ardrhu Cottage comes ready for immediate use. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, making it straightforward to cook or keep things simple. The living space centres on a woodburner with initial logs provided, a 50" smart TV, and glass doors opening onto an enclosed garden with furniture. The bedroom holds a double bed (4ft 6in); the shower room has a heated towel rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. Parking is on road; no smoking throughout.

The cottage sits within walking distance of Dunoon's shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Closer still—just 400 yards away—are a beach, pub and local shops. The Cowal Peninsula and Argyll's Secret Coast spread out beyond: the Argyll Forest offers marked walks and cycle routes, public gardens including Benmore with its Redwood avenue, and three golf courses nearby. Ferry access to Bute and its Mount Stuart House is at Colintraive; Inveraray Castle and Jail are good day trips. One pet stays free, making this a practical base whether you're after coastal walks, exploring forest tracks, or using Dunoon as a hub for the wider region.
