Kevington Cottage comes ready to use. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, plus the wood burner is laid ready to light. The kitchen has everything for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, separate freezer and fridge. There's a washing machine, and a dining table where you can eat what you've made while looking out over the grounds.

The cottage sits on one level in woodland near Dunoon, on the Argyll coast. The living room has a wood burner and comfortable seating, while a bright conservatory opens onto a decked garden. One double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the layout. Outside, there's a front garden with furniture, space to sit and watch for red squirrels and birds among the trees, and parking for one car. The property is adults-only and no smoking indoors. Western Ferries to Dunoon lies nearby.
