My partner and I came for his birthday; guided by the lovely James - the games were very enjoyable, we especially loved the cooking mini game! James was very informative and enthusiastic about the experience and we highly recommend to any group x

Updated- I should that I seem to have received a full refund from Active reality. Presumably based on this review although they didnt tell me they were going to do it and I've not been contacted by them at all. Original review: Not very impressed at all having had a much better experience a year ago in Bristol which had better quality equipment, a much larger space (at least 4 times the size) and a much more communicative host. 5 of us had a private 45 minute session here. Two of the games were ok but our third choice was rubbish. Some of the game offerrings should just be removed. My teenage niece was the first one of us, as soon as we'd left, to say that it was rubbish compared to our last experience. Luckily as a resident I got 15% off the price. I dont remember the name of the gamesmaster as he mumbled unenthusiastically at us during the session. The only thing he did well was spend over 5 minutes carefully lining up the headsets and controllers on the floor so that they were all perfectly aligned and symmetrical. He knew we were waiting outside but kept the door locked until our official start time after which it took a good 5 minutes to pay as they'd misheard my email over the phone and sent the payment request to someone else.

We attended Bath leisure Centre today with My 3 kids are aged 9,12, 15. It was a great activity that was suitable for all ages and lots of fun . Highly recommend. Staff member Oakley was super helpful and friendly. A great activity on a rainy day .

Wow what an amazing experience!! We went as a family of 3 for 45 minutes. It was the perfect amount of time and great fun. We did zombie games, archery, capture the flag and even cooking!! (Cooking is way more fun than it sounds it's hilarious!) Booking online was really easy and on arrival the staff were great. The staff member in the VR session was really fun and laughed along at our family antics. Highly reccomend this experience and great value for money.
