We booked a trampoline park party here for my daughter's 6th birthday. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff were so proactive, attentive & helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. They had thought of everything & it was so well organised. It was such a stress free & enjoyable experience. The kids had an absolute blast too!

Absolutely amazing (aside from an odd smell in the bowling area) we looved the crazy golf! So neurodivergent friendly ( I though anyway!) all staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to try out all the other activities!

We booked a swimming party for 24 children age 11. The party was brilliant. The lady in charge (I think she was called Amber) was incredible at organising the kids (we literally had nothing to do at all except watch). She just took over in the best possible way. It was very professional. The support team with her were also really good helping to set up the food we brought (including cutting up apples for the kids). I really recommend the swimming pool party. The kids all had a brilliant time and, having done parties for my kids for 16 years now, this was one of the easiest I have ever had to organise. The comms from Callum and his team around payment were also really good. Highly recommend if you want an easy party. Suzi

Good value for money, friendly staff, spacious gym and pool. Despite this being one of the few pools in Bath however there is a lack of aqua aerobics classes. It would be great if some could be scheduled during evenings/weekends so that people working Monday-Friday can attend.
