About Anabelles Guest House

Bath's mix of historic streets and easy access to the Somerset countryside makes it a popular base for exploring, and Anabelles Guest House on Manvers Street puts guests within reach of both without any fuss. It's a straightforward, traditional B&B rather than a grand hotel, aimed at those who want a comfortable place to sleep and an easy start to the day.

Rooms are simple and en-suite, with drinks provided and free Wi-Fi throughout, and a continental breakfast buffet is included to set guests up before heading out. Practical touches like luggage storage and 24-hour reception make it easy to arrive late or leave bags before checking in.

The surrounding area offers plenty for walkers and cyclists, along with nearby golf, fishing and watersports for those wanting to venture further afield, while pubs, restaurants and entertainment are all within easy reach for evenings in. It's a no-frills option that keeps things simple and central.

I really enjoyed staying here while in Bath - It's pretty central and close to walk everywhere in the town centre. Very close to train station, so great for those with no car. The room was comfortable and it was quiet outside (although the road was closed due to works). Sergio was a great host, friendly, good to chat with, accommodating. He let me leave my luggage there while I went out before check in time, then took my luggage up into my room for me when I was still out after check in time arrived - very helpful! Breakfast was lovely - good choice of food. I would definitely stay again!

Great place for stay in Bath, it's 2 mins walk from the city centre and shops, rooms as expected, minimal breakfast included, staff members very helpful. Only think I would improve, TV not set with internet, so apps as Netflix, IBBC Player etc .. doesn't work.. place need an upgrade on this future.. in my opinion, However I would stay again if I'm in the area. Wish them all the best.

I love this place. Originally chosen for proximity to Railway Station, which is literally 2 minutes away. I had the room with the bathroom, which was perfect. The room is cosy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is a simple continental style and quite frankly enough. The staff/managers were friendly and welcoming.

Other reviews mentioning a bit of noise from the nightclub nextdoor, don't let this put you off as this little guest house is lovely. Comfortable room and bed, my own shower and toilet, clean, adequate breakfast and an amazing host, Sergio is so helpful and friendly. The location is great in walking distance of the train station and centre. I will definitely stay again when in Bath. Thankyou Sergio and the team for making my stay comfortable and relaxed👍
