About Apple Tree Boutique BandB
A Victorian townhouse on Pulteney Gardens forms the setting for Apple Tree Boutique BandB, a small upmarket B&B in Bath. The period character of the building has been kept intact while the rooms themselves have been brought up to modern comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom and drinks provided.
Mornings start with an English breakfast, and the property runs a 24 hour reception along with useful extras such as luggage storage, laundry service and free WiFi throughout. Free on-site parking is a welcome bonus for a central Bath address, where space is often at a premium.

What guests say
We had a great stay at Apple Tree B&B. Lin, the owner, was attentive and made an effort to connect with guests. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning also. It was about a 15-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes into town. Beautiful views all around. Just be advised that rooms are accessed by stairs and there is no elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy bags or have a disability, it is not very accessible.

This is a very thoughtfully ran Bed and breakfast. Ling looks after you like a family member. The place is adorned with amazing antiques throughout that has been collected by Ling herself. We were amazed to learn that Ling does everything herself from the breakfast to making the rooms. The breakfast had an amazing full English and French toast. We felt like the rooms were super clean, especially because of the shoes off policy inside the house (house slippers provided).

What a pretty B & B in an ideal location, just a short stroll along the river to central bath. Our room and throughout the house was immaculate, with beautful art. Bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and my partner said the omlette was the best hes ever had. The owner is very kind and welcoming - i like the fun facts on the breakfast table :) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This was our 1st stay at Apple Tree guesthouse, however it won't be our last! Previously we stayed at another guest house which was 2nd to none , sadly they made the decision to stop trading, however we have been fortunate to find Apple Tree guesthouse! Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Considering we were on the verge of the city centre (10mins walk) it's within a very peaceful location, we both slept incredibly well! Ling was a lovely host, initially we were surprised to be asked to take off our shoes on arrival however when understanding and respecting Lings culture it wasn't an issue, after all we do this within our own homes, on reflection it felt homely. Apple Tree offers a great choice of breakfasts, a refreshing change to see Kippers on the menu, absolutely delicious! To conclude, Ling was so efficient, I foolishly left behind a set of house keys. Ling was so responsive and helpful, kindly posting them to me the following day!
