Great location however our room was tired and a bit tatty. The manager was friendly enough and we didn't expect luxury at this price point, however we would not choose this next time.

What a little gem! Julie is a very welcoming host, we had a beautiful ensuite room, and an added bonus....a parking space! Central location, 5 minute walk into Bath. On Julie's recommendation we also had breakfast in the local high street at Widcombe....lovely little walk! You'll see us again Julie! 😊

Can't fault this place at all. Owner was extremely friendly and had a very cute dog 😀 room was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and it's very close to the centre of town. Didn't opt for the breakfast but there were people sat outside drinking coffee and eating wjat looked like pastries. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing time at the Avon guest house! The room was clean and charming. The location is fantastic, the room is nice, and the service is great! I was shocked at how close it was to the town center. It was also walkable to and from the train station. Julie is very helpful in mapping out the area, giving suggestions, and ensuring a comfortable stay. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay there, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.
