We spent one night at the Rose and Crown and absolutely loved it. The inn is located in a quiet, picturesque village very close to Bath. Even though there's a road nearby, it was peaceful and the traffic was never an issue. The interior is beautifully decorated - very cozy and unique, especially with the roaring fireplaces in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Special shoutout to the kitchen: the food was delicious, and I highly recommend the burger! The room was comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking space. The only minor point was that the continental breakfast was a bit basic, but overall, it was a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back!

3 night stay visiting family in area. Room spotless and bright, bottled water,biscuits and supplies replenished each day. Quiet location despite being on the road. Continental breakfast included with a great range of options. Bar/restaurant - Steak & ale pie and grilled chicken were lovely, not to mention the amazing cheesecake! Would definitely recommend.

The rose and crown is one of the nicest pubs in the area. Today, my family and I enjoyed a Christmas dinner at the pub. The staff were friendly, and attentive, offering us a welcome drink and always making sure that everything was okay. The portions were very generous, and the food was absolutely brilliant. The atmosphere was so lovely and I would definitely recommend a visit.
