We visited the forest of light last night. Second time we have been, not much has changed but we still had a beautiful and magical night walking through the trail. There is a lot of work put into this trail and you can see that. Toilets and a snack bar situated at the trail also.

Was treated to the Forest Of Light by my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed it , there was something quite magical about it . We went on the 18th December and so we wrapped up nice and warm and I had boots on which I was glad about as in some parts it was muddy , but that didn't put me off. Plenty to see and enjoy and was well worth the money .

First time we have been, it’s was a great evening, we pushed a push chair around which dependant on the weather will determine if it is capable given the mud, gradients and camber your pushing. Travel strollers would be difficult with their small wheels. There is plenty of car parking with lighting, car park is overflow style and muddy. Would recommend change of boots/ wellies for the trail. Lots of activities to do for all ages, whether it’s karaoke, basketball style fair games to music stations. Great sensory trail with smoke, laser and snow machines. Coffee van on the entrance, offering hot drinks; coffee, hot chocolate and Bovril. After the trail, there is a Christmas tree in the stables bar courtyard. Serving further drink and hot drinks with attached restaurant.

Lovely walk through some beautiful displays. My grandson loved keeping the beat on a drum kit to a backing track of "We will rock you".
