Absolutely fantastic traditional Italian restaurant in Bermondsey! Locanda De Melo has quickly become one of our favourite spots in London. The food is truly exceptional—fresh, authentic, and full of flavour in every dish. You can really taste the care that goes into the cooking. The service is equally impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The team makes you feel right at home without ever being intrusive. It’s the kind of place where you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. All of this comes at a very fair and modest price, especially considering the quality of both the food and the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real Italian hospitality and delicious cuisine in Bermondsey. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍝🇮🇹

I’ve visited this place many times, and I never get tired of coming back to enjoy that delicious and truly unique Italian flavour that is so hard to find in London. The service from Salvatore is exceptional he always makes me feel at home and knows the menu inside out. My friends and I always have a great time here, and every time we leave, we’re already planning our next visit.
