About Llety Betws

Llety Betws occupies a two-storey building on Lon Muriau, on the edge of Betws-y-Coed, with just five rooms giving it the feel of a small, personal retreat rather than a conventional hotel. Adults-only throughout, it suits couples or friends looking for a quiet base in the Conwy valley without the bustle of a larger property.

Rooms are en-suite and finished with a contemporary edge, and depending on aspect look out over the surrounding valley, woodland or garden. Guests get a kitchen and drinks in the room, along with a patio and outdoor seating area for taking in the mountain views, plus a picnic area if you'd rather eat outside. Breakfast is included and packed lunches can be arranged for a day out, while free WiFi and 24-hour reception cover the practical side. Free on-site parking is provided.

The National White Water Centre lies nearby, and Betws-y-Coed itself is just over a mile away with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding area is well suited to walking and cycling, with fishing, golf and horse riding also within reach, making Llety Betws a useful base for exploring Snowdonia at a slower pace.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a stunning location. Lovely breakfast using good produce served by Julie our friendly breakfast host who also cooked it beautifully on our last morning. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to be back soon. Bettws Y Coed is beautiful and a great base to explore all that North Wales has to offer. Loved it.

Excellent Guest House, We Arrived From Dubai Very Early & Asked For An Early Check In And the Owners were very nice to allow us to do this. The room had enough space and a little on suite so there is no 'sharing bathroom' incidents which was pleasing. We are Vegetarians and were happy to see this option on the breakfast menu and it was cooked beautifully. Nice banter with owner John at breakfast and a very warm welcome from the lady of the house Melanie. Great Location and might make this a yearly or seasonal trip in the future. Fully Recommend For Anybody. Thanks Melanie and John For A Really Nice Nights Stay and the great energy we felt from you both. The Anwars

We stayed at Llety Betws back in July as we wanted somewhere close to Mount Snowdon which we were climbing. Ghislaine was a lovely host and Gladys her cat was a darling! Would highly recommend a stay here - good breakfast, comfortable rooms and walking distance to the local town (Betwys-y-coed) which has some lovely restaurants and shops.
