We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and a special mention must go to Cian at reception. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference—he went above and beyond to ensure that both me and my daughter had the best possible stay while we were in town for a concert at the nearby Arena venue. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing night. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. Everything about our stay reflected a high standard of service, and we left feeling very well looked after. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

I dont like to leave a negative review but I previously worked for Hilton hotels, so we chose to stay here because we knew the standard we expected, especially with a busy schedule and wanting a smooth, hassle‑free stay. Unfortunately, check‑in took around 30 minutes despite no other guests being there. The receptionist made an unnecessary comment about me using a different card to pay — something I’ve never had an issue with at other hotels — and as a result, we were charged again. We were told it would be refunded, but when we finally got to our rooms, another payment came out. We went straight back to reception and were offered two free breakfasts, even though there were four of us and we had already spent more than planned. We declined. Later that evening, while we were out for a family meal before a concert, we were charged yet again. We didn’t have the time to leave and return immediately, but when we got back later that night, we spoke with the Manager. He was helpful and offered breakfast for all four of us, which we appreciated. Still, it’s worth saying that if it wasn’t for mobile banking, we wouldn’t have noticed the repeated charges so quickly — and not everyone would be as fortunate. I really hope something is put in place to prevent this happening to anyone else. For a one‑night stay, the stress simply wasn’t worth it. Overall, the stay itself was nice, but the payment issues caused a lot of unnecessary worry.

Good hotel, well equipped. The room was very tidy and clean. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. The gym was decently equipped - its got a bench and Dumbells up to 20kg, got a running and a cycling machine. Heard it has a swimming pool too but didn't see it or go.

I usually leave quite positive reviews but I have a few issues with this location. First, the staff. As someone who worked in hospitality, the front of house members at reception need some better training. I arrived with a backpack and simply wanted to leave it before the 15:00 check-in. I was told "there is no space", that's it by the gentleman there. No recommendations on what to do, no other options nearby. Just a blank no and goodbye. This is not how 4-star customer service should look like. Your first introduction to the hotel being so cold, sets the tone for the rest of the visit. In the end I paid £6.50 to store a small backpack nearby...The staff at the breakfast were significantly better. The room itself is outdated and not that nice, but to be fair everything worked - though it felt like it would fall apart at any moment. Particularly the bathroom. Only real positive was the location which, for the Utilita Arena, was amazing. Overall a "fine" stay but at that point just book a Premier Inn instead for the price.
