We have stayed here several times now and it is always out first choice. The hotel is centrally located but quieter than expected at night which makes for a great sleep. Rooms are as expected, a good size and clean. Staff are friendly.

Great communication from the hotel, received an email from the Manager with some very useful information. Specially the information regarding clean air charge for a vehicle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, no issues from our perspective. One thing I would suggest would probably be; if you have small children it would be worth taking a night light as all the main lights or side lights are very bright. The service as good, no complaints. Breakfast in the morning was as expected, plenty of choice as we managed to get in before the rush. All round a great stay. Would stay again.

This place is located just off the high street in a residential area, but the rooms are spacious for the price and the staff were very friendly. When I noticed a slight smell from the shower curtain and requested a replacement, the staff changed it immediately and kindly. In particular, Shivi at the front desk gave a warm welcome at check-in and provided a very helpful and friendly explanation. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the attentive service.

Staff Amazing !!! Very helpful going above and beyond. The rooms however.... bathrooms very clean but there is this damp smell. Carpets very run down and dirty. Bed headrest dirty and paint on wall is old. Bedsheets clean and comfortable. I had cotbed for my baby that was very stained :(. Breakfast was ok... nothing that a chef could fix the issue was quality of product.
