What visitors say
This amazing experience was as close to the tv series of old as you're ever gonna get, minus the charismatic Richard O'Brien ofcourse. You start with a group of an even 8, made up of either strangers or family and friends, if you have enough members that is. We played 2 games in 5 zones ranging between 2-3 mins long. Choose from a selection of 4 themed challenges: mental, physical, skill and mystery. Pick your group member to take on the challenge. Crack the games and win a crystal. Each crystal amounts to 5 seconds in the final which is played at the end in the famous crystal dome. Once in there, all members must collect as many gold and silver tickets within the time limit. Then you wrap things up with an iconic photo infront of the famous crystal dome! Overall it was exhilarating, nostalgic and so much fun. Would highly recommend!

Lovely games that brings out your competitive spirit if playing as teams. You go through different areas and have to get gem stones. Room felt a bit warm at times. Food and drinks adequately priced. Location is easy to get to as it’s about 4 minutes or less walk from Piccadilly Circus. They provide lock boxes to store any items Would highly recommend for team building to let steam off and to have a good laugh. We booked out the venue for our Christmas party.

a really enjoyable visit and a great choice for something different in London. The whole experience feels energetic, fun and much more immersive than a standard group activity. The different areas are well put together and do a good job of making you feel like you are part of the world rather than just moving through a set of rooms. General Captain Sargeant was a great host and really helped lift the experience. The performance staff added a lot of character and made the whole thing feel more engaging. The house staff were okay, but they did not quite feel on the same level as the performance team, who were definitely the stronger part of the visit. The only thing I would improve (apart from the price, which is a tad excessive) is that some of the challenges could do with a little more explanation or significantly more time, as a few felt rushed. Overall, though, it was a very fun and memorable experience. I would recommend it and would happily return.

We went as a group of 8 for a birthday celebration. It was brilliant and exceeded my expectations. Johnny Moonshine (our host) was fabulous, funny, engaging and made the experience even more special. We had someone with a foot in a boot in our group and they accommodated well for that. All the staff were very friendly. The games were a good mix of difficulty and were all really fun. I would highly recommend. If possible go as a full group of 8 as I think that adds to the experience.
