Loved this pub on our weekend away here. Enjoyed the live music, the choice of beer, Great atmosphere, and great food from Bunny which we tried. The smash burger was very good, topped dirty fries were excellent 👌 and the chicken wings were nice and spicy 👌 There's also an arcade upstairs with loads of retro games. I wish this place was where I lived.

Was served by two gentleman, “jango” who was most definitely unchained and Jake who thought he was the bees knees. Both of which were entirely unprofessional and made our party feel incredibly uncomfortable. Even watching from a far was an embarrassment. Trying to scan the card machines on customers forehead as a joke time and time again, using foul language towards my partner and being very disrespectful. Such a shame as I used to love coming here, just goes to show his hiring the wrong people for the job can go such a long way. Definitely won’t be coming back thanks to these fine gentleman, who most certainly need to drink less on shift and pay more attention to customer satisfaction. The owner should be utterly ashamed to be employing such fools. And they could both definitely learn from a good strong training program in hospitality. Heartbroken and incredibly dissatisfied. The rest of the staff were nice enough however. If I ran this establishment I would be appalled to have these members of staff as part of my team, they delivered a less than satisfactory experience and shocked us to the core. Probably more suited at a spoons 02/05/2026

A really great concept - went here for Racing Box and the arcade but was disappointed. The venue is very cool and the staff are very nice but when we went the racing set up was several cars broken down, racing licences (which would have been a fun touch to have) also weren’t working. Bold to say Brighton’s best arcade. Still a fun place to visit but perhaps over-hyped our expectations which led to a bit of disappointment.
