About Marine View
Brighton's seafront and the Royal Pavilion are both an easy walk from Marine View, as is Brighton Pier, making this a handy base for exploring the city's main attractions without needing to drive in each day. New Steine itself sits within easy reach of the Lanes and the wider seafront, so there's plenty to fill a day before returning to the hotel in the evening.
The property is a Victorian townhouse with 11 rooms decorated in a traditional style, and each stay includes breakfast and free WiFi. Guests also have use of a lift, air conditioning, and a bar and restaurant on site, with drinks available in the room for those who'd rather not go out again after a day of sightseeing.
Marine View also operates as a wedding venue, and free on-site parking is provided, which is a genuine advantage in this part of Brighton where street parking is limited. It makes for a straightforward, well-placed stop for anyone wanting to be close to the pier and pavilion without the hassle of finding somewhere to leave the car.

Lovely stay here at Marine View. Had to panic find a hotel as I accidentally booked with another hotel but a week from the date we needed. 💀 Richard was so accommodating and showed us to our room which was very cosy and lovely. Wasn’t noisy, warm, nice bedding that didn’t smell of chemicals (I tend to have sensory issues around that) overall really positive stay and we’ll definitely book here next time we stay at Brighton. :)

Having book a 3 night stay for the bank holiday mod weekend. This was the ideal place to stay. On arrival we had a lovely welcome and quick check and shown the room. The room itself wasn’t huge a double bed an on-suite bathroom with shower gel and shampoo . A desk area a small area to hang clothes and tea and coffee items. WiFi was abit hit and miss and signal at times dips in and out. Yes the hotel could do with a lick of paint as some areas where looking a bit shabby. But overall it did the job for the few nights I was there for. Didn’t have breakfast as I didn’t pay to have that in my stay but good to know it’s available

Great host who worked extremely hard to meet your needs. Rooms little on small side maybe in need of lick of paint but were spotlessly clean with an amazing view. Breakfast was amazing.
