Beautiful and most enjoyable 2 night stay at the Grand Brighton. Booked the Junior Suite overlooking the main esplanade and Brighton Beach. The Suite is very fine and comfortable. The shower power is amazing, one of the best showers I've had in UK hotels. Buffet breakfast was very hearty set within the opulent Prince Albert room. What stands out most is the wonderful & positive staff service. Everyone is warm, friendly, professional & courteous. From concierge, reception to in house dining. I can see it's a real congenial family working together here. Felt very welcomed and look forward to staying again. Grand Brighton is the grand Victorian dame of this city. The Hotel has been beautifully refurbished and is as grand and luxurious as it deserves to be. Overall highly recommended hotel for a lovely holiday by Brighton Beach.

The Southern Spring event has been a long‑standing favourite of ours, and returning to The Grand Hotel in Brighton this April for our 90th anniversary felt particularly special. We’ve used the venue for several years now, but this year the team truly elevated the experience and delivered something exceptional. Louise, Ben, Rowan, Lizzie and George were outstanding from start to finish. They were attentive, proactive and genuinely brilliant to work alongside. What stood out most was the support they offered before the event even began — helping with setup, logistics and small details that technically sat within our responsibilities as the client. They stepped in without being asked, and without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. That level of initiative and willingness to help goes far beyond what is required, and it made a noticeable difference. The event itself was a huge success, and the feedback we received from guests reflected that. People commented on the venue, the atmosphere, the smooth running of the day and, most importantly, the staff. Their professionalism and positivity allowed everyone attending to relax and enjoy themselves, which is ultimately what matters most to us. We are incredibly grateful for the team’s hard work and the care they put into making the anniversary feel special. Their contribution deserves to be recognised, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

To celebrate my 60th birthday I booked two rooms at the grand Brighton for my mother, two brothers and myself. I was very impressed by the service we received from the staff from the moment we arrived until we checked out. I was also pleasantly surprised that my rooms were upgraded to suites due to my 60th birthday. The hotel is beautiful, from the exterior and especially the interior. I expected the general atmosphere in the hotel to be more “snobbish”, however was taken back how relaxed and down to earth it was. I even started wearing my slippers down to the restaurant and bar. Lovely weekend here, staff are so friendly and the communal areas are beautiful. Breakfast is 5* with pots of tea and Mari's made to order delicious omlette making a great start to our day. Room service was surprisingly good value. We also tried the spa where the staff were so accommodating with our thermal spa booking as we were late so they kindly shifted our slot round 😀 facial was superb 👌🏻 still glowing two days later. Highly recommended.
