I came here to try the sauna, which was free to experience, and it was a great surprise. After that, I stayed to watch their last event and it was amazing to see so many people swimming together. The atmosphere felt lively, social, and very London. A really nice place to relax, connect, and enjoy something different. Would definitely come back. 🏊‍♀️🔥✨

What a dump ! The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. The staff are rude , the sauna is DISGUSTING ( as are the clientele ) I didn’t see anybody showering before using the sauna hence the stench inside the luke warm box. Both the poolside saunas were broken. Why did Fusion waste money on these Christmas cracker saunas instead of investing the money in staff training and simply heating the existing sauna to a decent temperature ? Perhaps Fusion management should take a trip to a Nordic country to see how to do things properly ?!

I've been going to the lido for a few years now through Class Pass. However when I arrived today I was told my booking was not valid and brockwell lido was no longer taking bookings via the platform. This is vexing as I made the booking after the lido changed hands. There had also been several emails sent out which did not indicate this at all, only that people who booked via Active Lambeth would take priority. I was asked to wait until everyone else had gone in and pay £9.50 for a walk up booking. This all took a good 30 minutes. I told them I had already paid class pass, but they were inflexible about it. Anyone with a minimum of customer service training would have allowed me in as a good will gesture, but no this is a now a council run operation so no customer service or good will is available. When I finally got in there were no lockers remaining so I could not safely store my belongings, so I decided to wait until one became available. After 15 minutes however a whistle was blown for everyone to get put of the pool. I was told this is a whistle for when someone has gone to the toilet in the pool. I left in disgust. It would have been nice to have been made aware in advance of the fact my booking was invalid perhaps in one of the many emails sent out about how well the handover went, but no that would involve planning and forethought. What a huge and yet predictable disappointment. I paid the best part of £20 and didn't even get to swim.

Great to see this lido is still in action what an asset for the local people. The water could best be described as toastie on a cold winters day with the sun shining it was magical. I will be coming back
