Not only is the food really incredible, but the service is really full of love. They always do their best to find as a table, even though it’s fully booked. We had the special sole fish; daal, paratha, keema, prawns and for starters the puri. It was like a trip to india. If you’re not a fan of alcohol you should definitely try the coconut ginger lassi. Exceptional Indian cuisine with a fresh funky European twist. It’s easy on the palate and the flavours come out. I definitely recommend the £20 Thali if you can get there before 6pm, it’s exceptionally generous. If you go for the gin and tonic ask for the Ophir Gin with fever tree. Anna the bartender made us this and it was amazing, we always go with whatever she recommends and haven’t regretted it. If you don’t want alcohol go For the Lassi, we sometimes stop by at the bar just for that, it’s that good. It’s one of our go to places whenever we’re in the area For some fun Indian food without feeling too heavy. Thank you Aldis for always finding us a seat even when you’re full and for the exceptionally caring service you give me and whichever guests I’m with.

The new menu is very nice. We had the potato fries, lentil based starter and my favourite the puri. Then we followed in with the chicken curry special and the new pepper beef. A little daal and paratha and it was perfect. No room for dessert but the lassi is a gem and one of our favourites anywhere. Thanks Sohaib for always finding us a table and the amazing welcome you give us. Thank you to the chef and kitchen team for sending us a couple of surprises. We can’t wait to return and try the new butter prawns!

Our first visit was magical . I cannot fault the delicious food, restaurant design, music snd staff friendliness and knowledge so happy to discover this Brixton gem. Sunita Lama was our wonderful waitress and she was an absolute delight x Thank you 🙏🏽 so much we will be returning fir sure
