What diners say
Lovely pub, located quite centrally yet not too busy. Friendly staff and very accommodating for us and our family. They also have an amazing, huge rear beer garden.

Eat before you go. Pub is a lovely vibe and has some good drink choices but the Jerk Valley of London is a let down. Avoid wraps. I loved that the pub offered slushies. Food: The only food available at the moment is from the Jerk Valley of London. Not suitable for soya allergy FYI. Overall all of us (3) were underwhelmed. Order at bar via a buzzer which worked well. Fried chicken wrap (1.5/5). “On par with a Sainsbury’s wrap” Halloumi wrap (2/5). “Fine but could do with more of everything - filling and flavour” Oxtail (4/5). A weekend special. Generous portion and lots of flavour Chips (2/5). Very pale. Jerk chicken (4/5). Avoid the wraps and go for the standard jerk chicken. So much better

RUDEE Terrible and deeply disappointing experience. I am a regular customer at this pub and I also work in hospitality myself, so I know what professional and respectful service should look like. That is exactly why what happened was even more unacceptable. My table of three had a valid discount code through the Code app, but the manager on duty refused to apply it without giving any clear explanation and charged us full price instead. When we pointed out the mistake and simply asked for it to be corrected, we were refused any refund or resolution. The situation then escalated: the manager refused to serve us any further and told us, in front of other customers, to finish our drinks and leave. To make matters worse, another member of staff falsely accused us of swearing at the manager, which is completely untrue. The whole interaction was arrogant, unprofessional, and humiliating. I felt treated with a complete lack of respect and unfairly discriminated against, especially by a place I visit regularly and where I had never had any problems before. The way this situation was handled was disgraceful and far below any acceptable standard of hospitality. Until there is accountability and a proper explanation, I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect fairness and basic respect.

Came here for my friend’s bday on champions league final day and it was a vibe but the main toilets closed for a while and service was so slow at the bar. It was really busy tho obviously so not that deep. The beer garden is so gorg loved it
