Eden Cottage

Eden Cottage is a detached property for two in Little Hautbois, a village within reach of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. The ground floor holds a living room with smart TV and electric woodburner, a kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, and a conservatory; upstairs, a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. The cottage has its own lawned garden with seating furniture and parking for one car on site.

The Bure Valley Railway runs alongside the property, and a designated 9-mile walking path follows the line—a nostalgic narrow-gauge steam railway that connects Aylsham and Wroxham, with halts at Brampton, Buxton and Coltishall where you can hop off to explore villages on foot. Coltishall itself, seven minutes' drive away, has pubs, shops, a butcher, post office and petrol station. The coast—Cromer and Sheringham among other beaches—is within 20 miles. The area is known for canoe trails, cycling routes and countryside walks. Smoking is not permitted.
