Cedars comes fully equipped for self-catering. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a wood burner, plus a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one double, one with twin singles—and a shower room. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial fuel for the burner are included, so you arrive ready to settle in. There's parking for one car on site and a sitting-out area with garden furniture and table tennis.

The property sits on the Wincheap Industrial Estate, about 3 miles from Canterbury city centre. A pub and shops are within walking distance. From here you can reach Whitstable and Herne Bay easily, or spend a day at one of Kent's beaches, seven miles away. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking.
