Why Not is a single-storey cottage positioned along the Pilgrims' Way near Canterbury. Built for accessibility, everything sits on one level: the living spaces flow into a conservatory, two bedrooms connect to their own bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully fitted for cooking. One dog stays free, and there is private parking for two cars on site.
The main bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower; the second bedroom has two single beds and access to a separate shower room with a walk-in enclosure. The living and dining areas are furnished to suit groups of four, and a wood-burning firepit sits in the enclosed back garden alongside a patio and barbecue. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. The location makes sense for anyone walking the Pilgrims' Way itself, or as a base for exploring Canterbury; it also works well for families or small groups wanting to stay put. No smoking indoors.
