🏡 Self-Catering Cottage 🐾 Pets Welcome

Bryn Gwnog

Bryn Gwnog sits on a working farm in the hills of Eryri National Park, a few minutes' drive from Betws-y-Coed and its independent shops tucked into Gwydyr Forest. The location puts you within reach of serious attractions: Zipworld's treetop adventure nets, the Ffestiniog Railway, Surf Snowdonia's artificial lagoon beyond Llanrwst, and Conwy Castle an hour away. The Victorian seafront at Llandudno is also within striking distance if coastal activities appeal. Paths start from the property itself for shorter rambles.

The detached cottage has three bedrooms sleeping up to five—a kingsize, two singles, and a flexible third room with pull-out single bed. Two bathrooms serve the property: one en suite to the master, and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there's a spacious living and dining area with woodburner, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with oven, hob and dishwasher, and a utility room. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; initial logs for the burner come with the booking. One small dog is welcome.

The garden is lawned with a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking accommodates three cars, and there's a bike store. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. No smoking inside. Shops and restaurants are three miles away; a pub is two miles down the road.
