Apartment 2 The Wheelhouse occupies the ground floor of a Victorian townhouse on the Esplanade, positioned halfway between the town centre and Readymoney Cove—a five to ten minute walk to either. The village itself threads along narrow streets lined with independent shops, galleries, cafes and pubs, and it sits on the Cornwall Coast Path, making it a natural base for anyone who walks.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower and toilet; Bedroom 2 has a double bed with its own ensuite. Downstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with dining and kitchen zones. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher—and there is a separate toilet. A terraced garden with furniture overlooks the surroundings. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property is non-smoking.

From Fowey you can hire small motor boats, kayaks or paddleboards on the river, catch the ferry across to Polruan or Bodinnick, or take a boat trip to Mevagissey in summer. The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are all a short drive away. A pub is within a mile of the apartment.
