Waterside is a one-bedroom apartment for two on Fowey's seafront esplanade, with direct access to the South West Coastal Path. The bedroom has a zip-and-link bed, and there's an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the living and dining room opens onto a south-facing balcony that catches the sun; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and there's a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A raised patio in the garden offers additional outdoor space. Wi-Fi and heating are included, and essentials like bed linen and towels are provided.

Fowey itself sits around you—the town centre is within easy reach on foot, with shops and restaurants 200 to 300 yards away, and a pub closer still. The foot ferry to Polruan departs 100 yards down the road. The beach is 50 yards away. From the balcony and garden, you look directly onto the estuary and harbour activity. The property is on the coastal path leading west to Readymoney Cove, making it a natural base for walking. The town hosts the Royal Regatta in August and a cultural festival in May; year-round there's kayaking, fishing, golf, and easy access to the Eden Project and National Trust properties nearby. Note that there are steps to negotiate both at the entrance and within the garden.
