A kingsize bed is in one bedroom, two single beds in the other. The bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower. From the lounge, French doors open directly onto a large terraced garden with patio furniture; the kitchen and dining area have windows looking the same way, across the garden. You're in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of Fowey, within walking distance of the town centre and its restaurants, shops and river walks.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook as much or as little as you like. There's a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric heating keeps the bungalow warm, and wi-fi is provided throughout. One car can park on the property. Essentials including bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
