The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking – electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher – with a separate utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms mean no queuing: a kingsize with ensuite, a double with ensuite, and two singles sharing a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Behind the house, a large lawn opens onto a patio area where you can set up for outdoor meals using the barbecue, or sit by the chiminea as evening falls. The property is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, close enough to walk into Fowey town centre for shops and restaurants. Off-road parking accommodates two cars. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. One pet is welcome. The garden does have steps, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
