Keepers Cottage

Keepers Cottage suits small families or couples wanting their own space on a working estate. The detached property sits within nine acres of grounds on the outskirts of Bosanath Valley, with the owners' home nearby but your accommodation entirely separate. One dog stays free, and there is parking for two cars on site.

The cottage has two bedrooms—one double, one twin—and a single bathroom. Downstairs, the living room has a woodburner and opens to a dining area; the kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with an electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs is the main bedroom and wet room with shower (the toilet is separate). The essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi. A washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer are in the garage. The large garden has a patio, terrace and seating areas, though it is sloped with steps and there is an unfenced pond on the grounds.

Sandy beaches and coves are less than 10 minutes' drive away; the Helford river, creeks and south coast harbours are all nearby. A shop, pub and restaurant are about two miles off. The property does not permit smoking.
