Pentreath 4

Pentreath 4 spreads across three floors within the grounds of Tregenna Castle. Ground level opens into a single living and dining space where a well-fitted kitchen flows into a lounge area, with streaming services on the main television and a Bluetooth speaker for music. The first floor holds two bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower; the second floor has the third bedroom with ensuite shower and sloped ceilings that follow the roof line. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all included, and there is parking for one car on site.

St Ives is within walking distance—around 15 minutes to reach the town's galleries, shops and restaurants, and Porthminster beach is closer still. The railway station sits just 0.4 miles away, which is useful if you'd rather not drive. The grounds are shared with other properties but you have the whole house to yourselves. The layout across three floors means this isn't suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. No smoking throughout.
