Saint Ives draws people for its beaches, galleries and working harbour, but the village's appeal runs deeper—the artistic heritage, the medieval fishing quarter, the coastal walks. Richmond's Place sits a short walk from the town centre, positioned to reach all of it easily. You get the top two floors of a three-storey building, accessed through your own entrance.
The layout is straightforward. Two bedrooms occupy the middle floor: one with a kingsize bed, the other with bunks. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Upstairs, a third bedroom with zip-and-link singles (convertible to a superking if needed) shares the top floor with an open-plan living area and kitchen. That's where you'll spend evenings—the living room has sea views, a fireplace, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and all the essentials. Heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's parking for one car on site, and a travel cot and stairgates available if needed.
It suits groups and families wanting to explore on foot. The beaches and galleries are minutes away; boat trips run from the harbour; the Hepworth Museum is nearby. Smoking is not permitted inside.
