Richmond’s Place - 2 Richmond Place

Richmond's Place is a two-storey apartment within a traditional three-storey building in Saint Ives. Access is through a communal entrance to a private door, then up to the first floor where the main living space opens out. Large windows frame sea views across to the coast. A family bathroom sits on this level, and the kitchen is fitted for self-catering: electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Double doors lead to a back garden with seating and furniture.

The second floor holds two bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed with freeview TV and an en-suite with double shower. The second has a double bed and its own en-suite shower room. Both en-suites have heated towel rails. The flat sleeps 4. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. There is parking for one car on site. No smoking is permitted.
