Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and parking for one car come as standard, along with an enclosed garden area and access to a grassed space alongside the course.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a washing machine and dishwasher included. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. One dog is welcome. The cottage sits a few hundred metres uphill from Porthpean Beach, a sandy, sheltered stretch with rock pools and nesting cliffs. The golf club's reasonably priced course and clubhouse are a short walk away. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Roseland Peninsula's fishing villages and Newquay's beaches all lie within half an hour's drive. No smoking inside the property.
