4 Howrah's Court is a single-storey apartment where everything unfolds on one level. You arrive at your own entrance into an open-plan living and dining space, where a smart TV and Netflix are ready for evenings in. The kitchen runs off this main room with a full range of equipment—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer—so you can cook as much or as little as you choose.
