9 Howrah's Court works well for couples or families with younger children, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a self-contained flat. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two singles. Both have televisions and DVD players, and there's a separate bathroom with a bath as well as an ensuite shower room off the main bedroom.

The living space includes a proper kitchen with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook and do laundry without fuss. The lounge has a sofa, television and electric fire. Parking for one car is on site. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all provided. The flat is on the first floor, accessed by a single step. A cot is available if you need one.

You're on the edge of Keswick's town centre—shops and restaurants are walkable—but with views toward the Lakeland fells and access to fell walks from nearby. Booths supermarket is close, and there's a pub within a mile. This is not a smoking property.
