It sleeps four across a king bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom, plus a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and superfast Wi-Fi are included.

The living room runs to over 26 feet with views toward Skiddaw, furnished with armchairs positioned to make the most of them. A smart TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound system, CD player, DAB radio and books and games are all here. The kitchen and dining room have oak units and granite worktops, equipped for cooking and entertaining—there's a smart TV, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The twin bedroom also has a DVD player. A travel cot is available if needed.

Outside, a patio sits to the front and a large shared garden with summer house is accessible to guests. The property is no-smoking. There are four steps to the entrance and significant slopes within the grounds, with a bridleway at the rear.
