Alvamere

Alvamere is a stone terraced cottage in Keswick, set back from the main roads but close enough to reach the town centre on foot. You get the whole place to yourself—two bedrooms across three floors, a bathroom, and a combined living and dining space on the ground floor. The layout means bedrooms are separated; the first has a double bed, the second has two singles. There are open stairs between floors, which is worth knowing if you have young children or mobility concerns.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven and hob, and there's a washing machine if you need it. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture. A pub sits within a mile, and Keswick's market square and independent shops are a short walk away. The cottage does not allow smoking.
