Barleycorn

Barleycorn is a contemporary stone cottage built with solid construction and clean finishes throughout. Set on a corner plot in a quiet location, it sits near the River Greta with direct access to an enclosed, lawned garden complete with decking and furniture—a genuine outdoor space rather than a token patch. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with parking on site and a small garage available for a compact car or bike storage.

Downstairs holds a living and dining area with a comfortable three-seater sofa, armchair and dining table, alongside a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four: one with a double bed (4ft 6in), the other with two single beds (3ft each). The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Wifi, towels and bed linen are included; heating is electric central. A cot is available if needed.

Keswick town centre is a pleasant 5-minute walk via Fitz Park, and the leisure pool is two minutes away. The cottage does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay.
